    3. Hello Deborah, The catalog of gravestones in Riverview Cemetery, Northumberland, Pa. includes a note about Solomon ZELIFF and also lists Peter ZELIFF among burials for 1910. The Webpage is at: ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/pa/northumberland/cemeteries/rivervw2.txt I am slightly acquainted with the ZELIFF surname from Northumberland PA. I'm hoping my little bit of ZELIFF information might be of interest to you, and perhaps you can provide me some clues on the ZELIFF in whom I am interested. This is a very rare surname and I strongly suspect there is a connection to be found between our families. My sister married into a Hoffman family that lived just outside of Northumberland in the west end of Point Twp., North'd Co. The earliest Hoffman we have in family records was Asher Sylvelster Hoffman 1862-1921. His wife was Susan Elizabeth ZELIFF b. 9/7/1860 in Washingtonville, Montour Co. Pa., m. about 1885, d. 11/5/1938 in Point Twp., Northumberland Co., bu. with her husband in Riverview Cemetery in Northumberland. Does the location of birth for my Susan ZELIFF suggest to you a new area to research? If you see a possible connection with your earlier ZELIFF family I would appreciate hearing from you. Nelson R. My GGGgrandmother was Isabella Campbell. Her name appearing on her daughter Margaret Roach's death certificate. I've estimated Isabella's birth date around 1800. She was married to Solomon Zeliff/Zeluff from Northumberland, PA. The couple was married around 1816-1817, as their first of (5) children Mary Zeluff, my GGgrandmother was born in 1817. Does any of this look familiar to anyone? > Deborah
