Plus, when I was there myself, i saw that the folks that work there, though very pleasant, do not really understand the passion behind the whole genealogy thing. It is that attitude which kinda puts these types of requests on their back-burner so to speak. Going there yourself, if that is at all possible is a very rewarding experience. I spent the beter part of an entire day, along with my mother there. We found many documents. I cant wait to go back again because i realized i missed looking for even more. Good luck in your search!
