Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/DcB.2ACE/3872 Message Board Post: I have been to the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Shamokin area on many occasions, but one thing that really frustrates me is the lack of a publication of the locations of all of the burials. I first started walking through the cemetery looking for my ancestors and that really becomes a tedious exercise. I then attempted to find out the locations from the caretaker. He is not the friendliest person and usually seems to make me feel like I am inconveniencing him when I ask for help. The caretaker has a book of all of the burial sites and he has told me that there is a "plan" to publish the locations similar to what Mr. Polan and others are doing for the Shamokin Cemetery. That was 3 years ago! Does anyone know if this cemetery is in process of being documented for the locations of the deceased? I am certain that this would save the caretaker and anyone looking for a long lost relative a lot of grief.
