He came back in 1779 after the revolutionary war treaties with the Indians were signed and purchased 400 acres in Elysburg, Northumberland County. There have been Campbell's in Elysburg ever since. I am a direct descendant of Obadiah, his son Obadiah (Jr.) and his son Obadiah S. and was in fact born on that 400 acres on the South side of Elysburg. A book on all of the Campbell descendants of Obadiah is available at the Northumberland Co. historical society and on a visit there you can make copies of any portion of it you wish. I am not familiar with the Campbell's you name and they are therefore probably not in my line from Obadiah, but you should certainly be able to find them at the Historical Society.
