Isaac and Mary lived in Lower Mahanoy Twp., near Stone Valley Church, from 1849 to 1857, where the following children were born: Lucy Ann Martz, born 1850. Married Samuel F. Zimmerman. Moved to SD about 1887. Sarah E. Martz, born 1852. Daniel F. Martz, born 18 Jan. 1856. (My grandfather) married Mary May Pennypacker on 1 June 1884. They moved to Iowa in 1855. Mary and Isaac moved to Lower Augusta Twp. about 1867 near Sunbury. Their fourth child was born there: Mary M. Martz, born 5 November 1863. Married Sabastian Zimmerman in 1882. Moved to SD about 1887. Isaac Martz served in the Civil War, and stayed in Lower Augusta Twp. until about 1887 when he moved first to SD and then to IA.
