HERNDON SCHOOLS WILL OPEN SEPTEMBER 6TH Herndon - Mrs. Mary BLACK of New York City visited Mrs. Ida RAUDENBUSH Tuesday. Isaac TRESSLER is on a trip through the southern states. Mr. and Mrs. John ZERBE, daughter Norma and son Alton, Mrs. J. B. WAGNER and Mrs. Dewey FENTON were recent Sunbury visitors. E. A. ROTH of New York City, owner of the local silk mill, spent a few days here on business. Mr. and Mrs. Marion BOAT and children of Washington D. C. visited here enroute home from Canada. They were accompanied home by her sister, Mrs. Homer ZIEGLER. Rev. Dallas ZIEGLER is spending a week camping with friends at Pine Grove. Prof. B. M. DREESE, who is spending his vacation with his parents at McClure, attended a joint meeting of the Herndon and Dalmatia school boards. It was decided to open the Herndon schools September 6 and the Dalmatia schools Monday, August 28. Sue Marcus
