G. BOSTIAN, John GRONER, AND Henry KEENE, because the wives of these gentlemen had trespassed upon his grounds to pick berries. The Justice gave judgment in favor of NEIDIG for 50cts and the costs. On Thursday NEIDIG brought still another suit against BOSTIAN for threatening him with assault, but the affair was amicably settled before the Justice between the parties and the costs were divided.
