I have a relative Jonathan M BOSTIAN/BASTIAN born March 1820 , died 1894 buried in Promfret cemetery son of Jesse BOSTIAN and Barbara MERTZ. His wife was suppose to be a Mary BACHMAN 1825-1899 and both are buried in Pomfret Manor Cemetery in Sunbury. The tombstone is inscribed STEINER-BASTIAN. I do not know why on the back of stone it says STEINER. He had daughters Ellen C. birth 1845 Mary C birth 1855 I have no idea who they married or when they died. Could some one please check out this name in a cemetery book for the Pomfret Manor Cemetery and see if one of these girls married a STEINER or is buried as a STEINER etc. Thank you Jeanie
