Many area men from Lycoming,Northumberland and Montour counties served in the 7th. What I have discovered in my research is that many of them were related-fathers, sons, brothers, cousins, uncles, schoolmates, etc. and the impact on the area must have been unimaginable! I have many photos of the vets, plus letters from my family ancestors that contain a wealth of genealogical info. I would be very interested in talking to anyone related to or has info on anyone in the 7th Pa Cavalry. I am also a member of the descendant asc. Thank you!
