I am currently engaged in a research project on Robert MAC KAY who lived in the Shamokin township area of Northumberland county PA during the time of the American Revolutionary war. I have the following on Robert: b 1728 Sutherland shire, Scotland d 1784 in Shamokin township from wounds suffered in the American Revolutionary war. married in 1772 Jeanette McDONALD (dau. of William and unknown CAMPBELL) may have arrived from Greenock, Scotland on board the Saint Andrew in either 1768 or 1772 I have the names of 2 of 9 children John b 1778 d 1850 settled in Caledonia, Livingston County, N.Y. Hector settled in Conesus, Livingston County, N.Y. Any information would be greatly appreciated and I am more than happy to share what I have. Rick Porter
