"Fritz" is a German name (?) and the Germans were (usually) Lutheran, Roman Catholic, Church of the Brethren, and, perhaps, Methodist. Find the oldest church of these denominations in Sunbury, go to their websites, and see when they were founded. I "found" the Methodist church my family went to in Hazleton; this church has since closed, merged with another, and the records are there, apparently. Good luck!
