Has anyone had any experience dealing with records requests from the Ukrainian Transfiguration church in Shamokin? I spoke with the Monsignor today and he said the records were not searchable by the public but that the would do searches if they receive written requests. When asked if they charged a fee he said they left it up to the individual to make a donation. I have no idea what would be an appropriate amount. I'm looking for marriage and death records for three different individuals. Any advice would be appreciated. Heather (Sharp) Makal
