Does anyone know of someone I could hire to find proof of birth for JACOB SWICK who was born in Northumberland Co., PA 11 Aug 1796 or 1797? His father was Peter Swick. Jacob died in Allen Co., OH in 1877. I would gladly pay for this proof of birth! Thank you, Jo Ann
