The earliest John Conville b. about 1835 and who was from Ireland married Catherine Boyle who was born in Co. Tipperary. The Boyles were in and around Minersville and Hazleton areas before they settled in the Mt. Carmel, Pa. area. If I uncover a Minersville connection to the Conville families, I'll pass it along.
