Sep 1875 (1900 census). She was the wife of Charles Sherman. They resided in Fayette Co (1900,1910) & Westmoreland Co. (1920, 1930). In the 1880 census, John R and Clarra Hawk lived in Northumberland Co., with 3 daughters, Orpha (7), Ella (5), and Jennie (3). They may have moved west, if the Ella's are one and the same.
