Manning. He appears on the US Federal Census for 1880 and 1900 as living in Mt. Carmel, Northumberland. He and his wife Mary were born in Ireland, he in about 1827 and she in about 1830. They had seven childern, the first two possibly born in England and the last five born in PA. Mary apparently died prior to the 1900 census.
