Census says 1800 in PA. 1830 he is in Jersey Shores with wife and 3 boys. Northumberland has been mentioned in documents for having this last name. Also Northumberland was parent county of Union where many Benninghoff are residing in 1800 near Jersey Shore .. John's wife was Katherine YOUNG father Henry YOUNG and from Montgomery Co to this region to Clearfield Co.
