Pat, Thank you--Yes, this is the same Phoebe Derr Muffly. When searching online I also found a similar entry her brother Fuller in Bell's History of Northumberland County. (p. 1085). Historical and Biographical Annals of Columbia and Montour county is the source. John F. Derr, father of J. Miles Derr, was born also in Moreland township, Lycoming Co., Pa., July 16, 1823, and is now living retired at Turbotville. Pa.
