Ultimately it is my goal to add all the photos to FindAGrave, but I need to resize them all first. The file sizes are way too big to meet FindAGrave requirements. I have information that George and Elizabeth Bellas immigrated from Belfast, Ireland with their family and settled in Bloom Twp in 1790. They were said to be strict Presbyterians. George Bellas wrote a will in 1811 that mentions a daughter Nancy Murlin. I would like to find a marriage record for George's daughter Nancy, to investigate the possibility that she married a William Murlin probably before 1800. Can anyone point me toward any early available church records (hopefully including Presbyterian records) in the county around Bloom Twp or around Fishing Creek Twp where the Murlins were living at the time (areas now in Columbia County). Born 7/3/1861 died 32 years later to "morphine overdose"??? He lives long enough to have 3 daughters: Lena, Florence, and Geneva. Lena is my paternal grandmother. She married Josiah R. Rishel. These two families have a lot of history in the area. I now live in Texas, but I grew up in Turbotville. Roscoe's father also died at age 32, cause...? He was a doctor who settled in Turbotville and , apparently, died there. Cause? One of my big problems is the name of Roscoe's wife. Some accounts say Elsie H. others, including a 19th century Rishel Bible, clearly state, Mary A. Smith. Maybe Elsie was a nickname, but that's what's on her tombstone, I believe.
