Isaac Reimer was the 2nd son and 4th child of Johann Valentin Reimer born Mutterstadt [Palatinate] Germany April 29, 1714, arriving [with Isaac, et al] in Philadelphia on September 05, 1748. John Nicholas Reimer, eldest child of Isaac [and Margaretha Kratzer/Margarete Krotzer] born December 04, 1775 married Elizabeth Gruver February 26, 1804 1st Reformed Church, Easton, PA. Nicholas and Elizabeth are buried next to Margaretha Kratzer Reimer at Christ Church Cemetery, Stone Church, Northampton Co. I have this Reimer family back to Bartholomaus Reimer born c1617 [possibly Switzerland]; married Odilla Kobss October 18, 1650 Frankenthal, Germany; died December 14, 1707 [age 90] Mutterstadt, Ludwigshafen, Germany. I also have [from a website] the Kratzer/Krotzer line back from Margaretha.through her mother, Elizabeth Magdalena Van Horne, in Holland.
