Her husband, Henry Bartholomew, was born Sept 23, 1758 and died Feb. 25, 1829. They resided near the Stone Church: Children; Henry, Jonas, Philip, Susannah married Kilian Reimer, Elizabeth married Isaac Siegfried, Sallie, married John Danner and John, died in infancy. Among her descendants were the following Reformed ministers; Rev. Abraham Bartholomew (1833-1903) and his brother Rev. Dr. AllenR. Bartholomew. Well, I sure hope it isn't true that John died in infancy. Joyce Van Kirk has the most extensive list of Bartholomew descendents and she gave me this on our 4thgreatgrandfather: [From VanKirk; John Bartholomew born in 1780 in Allen Twp., Pa., died on 11-1-1822 in Petersville, Pa. -married Susan Reimer born on 10-15-1785 in Mt. Bethel Twp., Pa., died on 8-27-1854, daughter of Isaac & Margaret (Klotz) Reimer. ] So Henry and Catherine's son John could not have died in infancy.
