christian d. fegley, s/o john and rachael (diener) fegley, d/o jonathan diender. was born in longswamp, june 10, 1843, he married jane a., d/o solomon and maria (hoch) steininger. children; mary f., gertrude e., w/o preston everett and they had 1 son, john preston. held family the progenitor, john held, was a taxable in macungie twp., in 1781. his son john jacob held, in later years lived in macungie twp. children; henry, of south whitehall, john jacob, david of weisport, kate w/o conrad carl, george, killed by a falling tree, john died of small pox, and judith married a keiser. joseph h. kleppinger, was born nov. 3, 1844 in lehigh twp. he married mary, d/o john gemmel. children; john, charles, katie, herbert j., wilmer, raymond and samuel. herbert j. of allentown, was born aug. 9, 1881. he married oct. 29, 1909 to mary e. cawley, d/o cyrus and dianna (carl) cawley of allentown.
