They moved from New Goshenhoppen to Heidelberg, Berks Co. Adam Weise was married 2 Feb l772 to Margaret Wingard, who was born in Heidelberg, 15 March 1749. Her parents were Lazarus and Catharine Elizabeth Wingard. Children; 1.Catharine Eilisabeth, born Nov 21 1772, married George Gundrum;2. Anna Elizabeth, born April 26 1774 in Hagerstown, MD, married Philip Shaffer; 3.John, born Aug 13, 1776 in Hagerstown, married Michael Bordner, of Upper Paxtang, Daupin Co.;4. Anna Mary born June 28, 1778 in Hagerstown, married Michael Shadel, of Daupin Co.,5. John Adam, born Jan 24, 1780, married Eve Bornder. she died and he married Elizabeth Lebo; 6.John George, born Jan 7, 1786 in Upper Paxtang, married Charlotte Moore, 7.Anna Margaret, born Feb 14, 1789 in Bethel township,Berks Co married married Abraham Jury. His (Adam Weise's wife died on March 29, 1818, he married 2nd to Mary Kuehly( Keely), widow of George Kuehly of Swinefordstown, Union Co, now Middleburg, Snyder Co), she was born March 20, 1765, d/o Jacob and Mary Bitterman, of Montgomery Co. She died on Sept 10, 1820, age 55y 5m 15d. He married 3rd Dec 10 1820 to Catharine Patton, widow of James Patton, her maiden name was Catharine Neiman. She was born Nov 10, 1785, d/o Conrad and Catharine Neiman of Montgomery Co. Children 9 Abel, born Dec 3, 1821, 10. Hannah, born 1823, 11 Frederick born 1825 Adam Weise served as a Sgt in the MD Cav in the Rev. War, enlsiting in Hagerstown. He moved to Upper Paxtang township, Dauphin Co Adam Weise died Oct 5, 1833 in Millersburg. Catharine died in Berrysburg, Dauphin Co, April 30, 1863 aged 77y 5m 20d At the death of Adam Weise there were 11 children, 63 grandchildren and 133 great-grandchildren. Rev. War Weise, Adam or as Adam Wise, MD Line, Catharine, soldier was born 23 Dec 1751 in the part of Phila Co., that later became Montgomery Co., PA and in 1774 he moved to Hagerstown, MD and he lived there at enlistment and in May 1783 he moved to Millerburg in Dauphin Co and he applied there in 1833. After the death of Soldier's 2nd wife, Mariah, 1st wife not named, soldier married 3rd to Cathaine (Neiman) the widow of James Patton on 10 Dec 1820, she was the d/o Conrad and Catharine. She appliedfor BLW on 7 May 1855.
