He lived in Hereford township, Berks Co. He was married twice, first to Sally Nuss, born March 7, 1795, died July 25, 1844, they had a family of 12 children. Daniel, Ephraim, David (1820-1884), Charles N., Polly, Elizabeth, Judith, Sarah, Franklin, Caroline, Matilda, and Michael. By his second wife Elizabeth (Moll) he had two son, Milton M. and Jacob M. Joseph T. Gery, son of Jacob and Eliizabeth, born Jan 22, 1801, married 1827 to Anna, d/o Frederck Hillegas, of Upper Hanover . She was born Jan 27, 1809, and died Dec 16, 1878. They had 5 children, Lydia A., Jesse H., born 1831, Thomas H. Joseph H., born 1839, married Elizabeth Baughman and they lived in the West and had 4 daughter, Kate, Anna May, Mary, Louisa. Thomas H. Gery, was born May 21, 1837. He died March 1907, and is buried at Pennsburg Reformed Church. He married Thomas Burkholder. She died 1895. Children; Edwin, Alfred, Jacob, Ida, Alice, William, Mary, Washington, Jesse B., and Daisy Jesse B. Gery was born near Palm, Montgomery County. in 1905 he married Nellie Kramer, d/o Harry and Emma J. (Bowlby) Kramer, of Allentown, they had one son, Thomas K. Gery, Michael, another branch of this family, also lived in Hereford County. He died 1865 to Susanna Kreitz. She died Dec 5, 1882. Nathan Gery, of Allentown, was born Oct 8, 1851. He married Elenora Bastian, d/o Daniel. Children; Adeline S., Elizabeth, William H., Flora M., Ellen M., Nathan, Hermon D., and Edwin S. Mrs. Gery died Jan 16, 1890. Mr. Gery married 2nd, Sept 17, 1892 to Sarah Handwerk. Children; Mabel L., and Fred P. Mr. Gery married 3rd to Susan E. Frey, a d/o Martin C., and Hannah (Rauch) Frey. Her maternal grandparents were Michael and Sallie A., (Kostenbader) Rauch. Children; John, Edwin, Susanna, Sallie, Maggie, Emma, Amenda and Martin C. Charles "Geary" son of Henry born April 13, 1838, he married Lovina Willauer, d/o Jesse. Children, Rosa married Jerone Lentz, Henry A., Orlando, of NY and Hattie, married Theodore Bleam. Henry Geary, of Allentwon, was born April 25, 1866 in Pennsburg. He married ed in 1886 to Emma J. Butz, d/o Willoughby and Sarah (Nagel) Butz. Children; WarrenW. C., and Ruth G. Geary, Alfred R. of Allentown, was born March 19, 1866, in Hereford township, Berks Co. Hemarried Emma. d/o Jeremiah and Sallie (DeLong) Reotemauer. and they had 9 children. Frank, Wayne, Perry, Jeremiah,Irene M., wife of Asher H. Silfies, Mabel, wife of Floyd T. Schick, Beulah, wife of Raymond H. Rutman and two died as babies. War of 1812 Geary Alexander, wife Nancy Evans, married 4 March 1818 Phila., PA, srv Capt. William Morgan, PA Mil, lived in Montgomery Co., PA James, no pension. srv Capt.
