Eugene W. ABEL Eugene W. ABEL, 65 years old, a native and life-long resident of Nazareth died yesterday at his home, 166 Whitfield street, from apoplexy, after an illness of one week. He was born at Nazareth on July 25, 1872, a son of Henrietta FRANKENFIELD ABEL and the late Tilghman ABEL. He ws a millwright by trade andwas last empolyed at the plant of the Lone Star Portland CementCompany.He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Nazareth,since boyhood. He also was a member of Washington Camp No. 445, P.O.S. of A., Nazareth Chamber, No. 109, Knightsof Friendship, and Nazareth Castle No. 396, Knights of the Golden Eagle.He is survived by his mother; three sons, Paul J. ABEL, ofAllentown, and twins, Leslie, of Nazareth, and Lester, of Pen Argyl;six daughters, Mrs. Sylvester KROMER, Nazareth; Mrs. LeroySCHLEGEL, Allentown; Mrs. Ellis SANTEE, Hecktown; Mrs. WalterFRANTZ, at home, Mrs. Ralph BRODT, of Nazareth; twenty-twograndchildren; five brothers, Frank, Elmer and Arch ABEL, of Nazaret! h; Clayton ABEL, of Torrington, Conn., and Asher ABEL, of Allentown; three sisters, Mrs. Jennie HAY, of Bethlehem;Mrs. Carrie SANDT, of Stockertown, and Mrs. Charles HARTZELL, of Bath.
