I have been searching for an Abraham Smith, who was born circa 1816 in PA. I recently found an Abraham Smith, born in September 1815 to William Smith and Susanna Transue in Northampton. First I am looking for any information about this family that may help to prove or disprove that he is my Abraham. William Smith (above) died on 11/29/1857. Would anyone be willing to lookup his will or look him up in a county history for me? Does anyone know what became of this Abraham Smith? My Abraham was in the western PA area in the 1840's.
