Karen, I have a list of the Salem Union Church at Moorestown PA. It has John Schafer death date 1830 and some one had 1812 War. I am researching the Schott family. Maria Margaret Schott's parents were Deabold Schott b. 29 Sep 1735. d. 14 Nov 1799. There was a marker on the grave that he was a Rev. soldier. His wife was Christina Elisabetha Reisen b/ 1737. d. 9 Nov 1806.both in Moore Twp Church.
