George Warner, father of Peter Warner, subject, was born in Northampton Co., Feb 16, 1790, but reared in Monroe Co. He died Sept 28, 1869. He served as a Sgt in the War of 1812. Member of the German Reformed Church. On March 1, 1812 in Hamilton township, he married Elizabeth Anglemoyer, d/o John and and Margaret (Marsh) Anglemoyer. Our subject was one of 7 children, Charles, married Elizabeth Smith; William, married Elizabeth "Workeizer"; Jacob married Lydia Learn; Levi married Matilda Slutter; Andrew, married Sarah Culbertson and they moved to Michigan; Samuel married Elizabeth Snyder, Peter,subject, married March 25, 1855 in Pocono township to Lovina "Sittler" Children of Peter and Lovina. 1. Edwin F., born Jan 8, 1832, d/o George and Mary (Stroub) Sittler, they lived in Weatherly, Carbon Co. He married Carrie Wuss and had 5 children; 2. Elmer born May 1, 1861, also lived in Weatherly, he married Annie "Kreskey" and had 4 children; 3. Emma S. born Jan 8 1859, the wife of William H. Workeizer, and they had one child, lived in Mt. Jewett, Elk Co., PA.; 4. Sarah born July 11, 1863 and married W. Kreskey of McMichaels, Monroe Co., and they had 5 children Best Wishes, Geri
