I have just spent the day photographing early church records from St. Paul's Lutheran (North Bangor), Grace Lutheran (East Bangor), and Bethany Church (Stier, or Johnsonville). These three churches combined in the 1970s to become Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, which was built on the site of the razed Bethany Church. I will be transcribing these records over the next year and can do limited lookups as time permits.
