Eva Barbara, widow of Daniel Dorney, married 2nd to George Daniel Mertz, who was born Sept 4, 1775 and died July 23 1827, they had one son, Henry Mertz, who was born July 21, 1782 and died March 11, 1844. He was born May 15, 1853, he married in 1876 to Elmira P., d/o David and Mary (Schadt) Troxell, and a granddaughter of Lorentz Schadt. Children;Olivia Grace, married John Wenner, has a son Luther, and lived in Allentown, Rena Blanche, married Clinton Bastian and has children; Margaret; Elias; Roscoe Melencthon, married Birdie, d/o Lewis Ritter and had children (Ellis, Aster and Lila); Benton David, married Ida, d/o Penrose Stewart and had children (Lawrence and Annie); Henry Levi, married 1st, and had a child (Naomi) married 2nd to Clara Nadig and lives in Chicago, IL; Freenont Frank, died in childhood; Edward Melville.
