Soldier had married Phebe Davis in VA (1809) Timothy, wf. Mary, NJ line, soldier enlisted in Mendham, NJ, soldier married Mary Rose 10 Oct 17 1782 at Mendham William, PA Line, wf Mary Hall, married 1809 in Blockley, Phila. Co. Applied there 1834 aged 88, lived there at enlistnemt. Soldier was born in 1746, soldier died 9 May 1848, in Blockley township. William, PA Line, soldier was born 1746 near Phila. lived there at enlistment, moved 1831 to Ohio, soldier died 9 March 1839 in Ohio and left a widow, not named who was living in PA in 1839. In 1839 soldier's son, John "Saunders" was of Winchester, IN and was referred to a 1 of the soldier's sons Surveyors of Carbon County, 1874 Josiah Xander 67th Regt (Civil war) Dotter, corp. enlisted Aug 1861, missing after the battled of the Wilderness, supposed to have been killed. Dotter, Lazarus, enlisted 1861, taken prisoner at Winchester, Dotter, Lewis, enlisted 1861, taken prisoner at Winchester. 11th PA Inf Lewis Moyer, enlisted 1861 served to the end o war., Isaac William, disch. 1862. Krum,Noah, enlsisted Dec 1861, died in hospital of disease. 132nd Regt., Krum, William F., died at Smoketown Hosptial, MD of wound received in action at Antietam, Sept 17, 1862 same with M. Moyer 34th P.V.I. ____Saunder 27th Regt, A. D. Xander Peter Musselman, a native of Upper Milford, Lehigh Co., He died in 1860. Of his sons, Joseph married Lydia, d/o Robert McDaniel, moved to Ohio. Oliver Musselman, their son, of Ohio. Jacob, married John G. Kemmer. Their son, Thomas. Susan, became the wife of George "Kamerer". Polly became Mrs. Boaz and Walton migrated to Warsaw. IN Notestines, in the year 1808m three brothers, Henry, Peter and John, were owners of property of Centre Sqaure, Their father, Peter, lived with them. He had srv in the Rev.Henry Notestine and his wife Barbara, left children, Daniel, Henry, Elias, and John. Daniel died in 1873, A daughterm Mrs, C. H. Seidel, of Centre Square. Henry moved to Kansas. ELias, died in 1878. John lived in East Penn. Peter Notestine,setled in Mohoning Mt. His daughter, Mrs. Peter Xander, School Board Director since the erection of Carbon Co. 1857 Charles Xander, 1868 Elias Sheve. J.P's since 1846, Elias Synder, elected March 1864, J.C. Xanders, elected March 1874 Towamensing township 1843-44, Joseph Krum, cask maker, David Sander (The following from Connie O.
