It make me wonder if you have some source - perhaps compiled lists - where you can look these up. If so ----- I wonder if you would mind looking up my line. Jacob Weaver was my ancestor and many reports say he was born 12 Apr 1746. However, all these reports seem to go back to the same SAR record as proof and that record is full of errors. So I am looking for something more reliable like church records. I did find a will for a Christian Weaver who died in Mt Bethel Township, Northampton, in 1783 and he looks like a likely candidate for Jacob's father since both families used the same given names for their children. And, if you have time, would you also please look for Hannah Harrison. She was Jacob's first wife and I can find nothing on her. If you find Christian's family perhaps Hannah's is nearby. Jacob spent his adult life in Tinicum, Bucks County, and is said (?) to have been born in Bucks but at that time Northampton was part of Bucks so it would still fit.
