War Metzgar Jacob, PA Line, soldier was born 22 Jan 1747, he lived in Northumberland Co at enlistment, he died 14 June 1821 Phillips Isaac, PA line, soldier was born in Aug 1763 in Bucks Co and at the age of 10 was moved to Fayette Co., PA where he lived at enlistment. he applied 1833.
