heaney, nicholas, of plumstead. he was born at point pleasant, oct 12, 1855, s/o thomas, who was born in bucks co., 1818, he died 1862. his first wf was an ott, and they had 5 children, john, nancy, taylor t., lizzie and lydia for his second wf., he married mary ann swartz and they had 2 children, the daughte being eva who died in childhood. their son was nicholas l. born at point pleasant, he married mina c. cress haney, frank p. of allentown, was born in bucks co, dec 13, 1862. his parents came to allentown when he was 11. mr. haney married margaret appel, d/o martin and nancy (rice) appel of allentown. children; catharine married herbert schmoyer, raymond, frederick, hilda, robert, mabel, esther, arthur, nina, chester, nancy james m. haney, father of frank p. was born june 17, 1817 in bucks co. there he married catharine simms, d/o jacob and sally (ott) simms. children; jacob and george w. after the death of his 1st wife, he married catharine knauss, d/o charles and hannah (jordan) knauss, she was born dec. 2, 1830. mr. haney died march 27, 1886. their children were; mary e., james w,,, charles f,, alphenus, frank p., and edwin a.
