Conrad Shiffer lived at Brodheadsvill, Monroe Co, and he is buried at Pleasant Valley Church, Monroe Co (Gilbert) He and his wife had a large family; Children; George, Conrad, Charles, Jacob, Abraham, John, Sally who married John Kresge. Abraham Shiffer, was born 18 May 1823, died May 5, 1892. He lived at Brodheadsville. He was a member of the Reformed Church, his wife Julian "Searfos" d/o William, she was born in 1823 and died Feb 1891 Charles married in 1871 Savanna Williams, d/o Joseph and Hannah "Workheiser" Williams, who then lived at Gouldsboro, Luzerne Co (now Lackawanna Co.).
