    2. Hi Geri.... I am still waiting for the source information for the Dundore surname. Is there some reason you are not able to give the source? I have asked for source info several times in the past but you have never sent it to me. Others have told me you do not give out your sources. Is this true? The information you put on the list is great but it is useless if we don't know your source. Please, again I ask that you give me the source for the Dundore info you put on the list. 1. Re: [PANORTHA-L] ANGELSTEIN/ANGELSTINE, COFFIN, SPANITZ, WOOD
    2. I try to read through all messages even if they seem unrelated to lines I'm searching, It's possible I missed a few while I was at the hospital with my husband. But here are the names/lines I'm still researching and trying to tie together. I received two obits from someone on the list which were very helpful in adding names I didn't previously have. It may be a stretch but is there anyone on the list who lives in the area who might remember the younger generation mentioned or that their parents might. I am in NC and the friend I am helping to research his family lives in TN. His grandmother, the Dorothy mentioned below is unable to give him information due to her medical condition. ANGELSTEIN/ANGELSTINE DOROTHY (also listed as DORATHY AND DORATHEA with the middle initial A or middle name ELIZABETH) ANGELSTEIN b. approx 1923, currently approx 80 yr old. Grew up in Bath, PA. Married to FRANK OSBORNE WOOD. Two children. Lived in Alexandria, VA area until husband retired then moved to Fla. until after her husband died. Lives in NC. ANGELINA (maiden UNKNOWN) married 1. Steven Spanitz two children John R. Spanitz and Steven Spanitz. born approx. 1890 in Austria. lived in Bath, PA. married 2. FREDERICK (FRED) ANGELSTEIN had one daughter DOROTHY. FRED ANGELSTEIN b. approx 1891 in US parents born in Germany. name of parents unconfirmed but think they were Frederick H. and Elizabeth Angelstein of Lehigh Ave., West Catasauqua (in the 1920s anyway) During 1950s his son-in-law, Frank Wood listed the address for Angelina and Fred as Box 75, Bath, PA. On 1930 census he was listed as working for the RR as a clerk. The above people were listed on the 1930 Bath, PA census as Fred J, Angelina R., and Dorathy A. Angelstine. FREDERICK H. ANGELSTEIN lived in West Catasauqua (sp?). Died 1926 Newspaper dated January 20, 1926 Frederick H. Angelstin died Tuesday at his home, 216 Lehigh Avenue, West Catasauqua, from apoplexy aged 63 years. He was a native of Germany. Prior to his retirement several years ago, he was employed by the Davies & Thomas Company. There Survives his widow, Elizabeth Angelstein, and these children: Ervin, West Catasauqua; FREDERICK Jr., Bath; Mrs. Esther Miller, Laury's; Mrs. Letitia Miller at home; Ms. Beatrice Fry, West Catasauqua; Ralston, West Catasauqua; Norman, in the U. S. Army stationed in Maryland and William at home. A few years later there was the following death from the same family through the son William mentioned above. ELIZABETH G. ANGELSTEIN Newspaper dated April 26, 1938 ELIZABETH GERTRUDE, infant daughter of WILLIAM and DOROTHY, nee COFFIN, ANGESTEIN, died of pneumonia at 3:45 p.m. Monday at the home of the parents, 216 Lehigh Street, W. Catasauqua. She was aged one month and 22 days. Besides the parents, there survive, one brother, RICHARD, and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Coffin of Hokendauqua. Private funeral services will be held at the parents' home Wednesday afternoon. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, W. Catasauqua. The Rev. Bertram Werkheiser will officiate. The following names were located at the LDS site and seem to fit with this family, but I am still trying to confirm their relationship with Fred, Angelina, and Dorothy Angelstein. NORMAN ANGLESTEIN Birth Date: 10 Nov 1906 Death Date: 17 April 1992 HELEN ANGLESTEIN (wife of Steven Spanitz son of Angelina & Steven Spanitz) confirmed through her daughter Birth Date: 25 Aug 1905 Death Date: Jan 1993 IRWIN ANGLESTEIN Birth Date: 19 Aug 1892 Death Date: Apr 1967 RALSTON ANGLESTEIN Birth Date: 25 Aug 1901 Death Date: Mar 1978 CATHERINE ANGLESTEIN Birth Date: 12 Jan 1925 Death Date: 22 Nov 1990 NORMAN ANGLESTEIN Birth Date: 22 Jul 1930 Death Date: 7 Nov 1995 MARLENE ANGLESTEIN Birth Date: 10 May 1936 Death Date: 17 Aug 1989 Also, I have found a WILLIAM ANGELSTINE listed on an 1860 census in PA.
