The library here in Seattle has all three volumes as well as the PA archives. Check with your local genealogy libraries. Mine tells me over the phone if a book is there. If nothing else books about Washington County, PA are very likely. What townships are you researching? Sutro library in San Francisco is a gold mine I hear.
