Joining in Digest format, is almost the same as in Regular (Individual) Mode, only the email address is different: [email protected] And include only the one word in the body of the message: subscribe Then to Unsubscribe on the Regular list. send message to [email protected] and the one word is unsubscribe The digest mode will send you an e-mail about every 18 hours with all the messages for that time period.
