Hello to the list, My husband I have many S.W. Pa. anscestors as we are both from Clairton. I am trying to trace the Alva Allen line who was b 1814 in W.Va. Alva was living in West Newton in 1850 and from 1860 on was in Jefferson Twsp. Fayette Co. Other surnames: Allegheny Co.; Adams, Kirstians, Penn, Strouse, Toddoff and Woolslayer. Fayette Co.; Allen, Arison, Fordyce, Jenkins, Martin, Moser, Mosser, Patterson, Rankin, Whoolery and Wynn. Indiana Co.; Bracken, Clawson, Hilerman, Kers, Neal, Repine and Smith.
