Hi, My name is Mary Jane (Stephens) Hennon. I live in Brentwood, Missouri which is a suburb of St. Louis. My main lines are STEPHENS (father)and ELLIS (mother). On the ELLIS side the patriarch in this area of Pennsylvania is ELLIS ELLIS who lived in the Redstone Old Fort area in the mid 1700's and later moved to Catfish Camp (Washington) in Washington County around 1775. Other lines connected to the ELLIS family include CURTIS, DOWNING, LEET, CLARK and GREEN. These folks eventually moved on to Ohio and Kentucky. I am also not familiar with the geography of Pennsylvania. Have been reading some of Allen Eckert's books about the frontiersmen and their battles with the Indians. I am also a senior citizen and hooked on genealogy. Right now though I have to rake those leaves. Mary Jane
