I'm Robert Dickson MOLLENAUER, Jr., in Ridgecrest, CA, between Mt. Whitney and Death Valley. Stuck in the desert. I was born in Charleroi-Monesson Hospital, and lived in Charleroi from 1948 to 1951. My mother is a HORN(e) (her mother added the e), and her mother was a BARNHART. Robert Leslie BARNHART was the architect, builder, owner, operator of the Palace Theater (and Electric Theater before that) in Charleroi. He married Fannie ZURLINDEN of Little Falls, Herkimer Co., NY in 1884, in Pittsburgh. I haven't been able to find any information on their marriage, but sure would like to. It seems that RLB was born in Mississippi, and I'm on a Rootsweb for that county (Wilkinson Co.), also. My paternal Grandparents were the MOLLENAUER's and PEASE families. I've got about all the MOLLENAUER information I need, and "most" of the PEASE information, but always looking for more, of course. With thanks to people like Eva Zippay, Gina Nestor, and a couple others whom I cannot think of their names properly right now (regretfully), I've learned so much from the PAWASHIN site, that I KNOW this will be a worthwhile, informative site.
