Good Morning! It looks like the computer at Rootsweb has been a busy fellow (or madam!) overnight, trying to keep up with all the new subscribers! I was going to hold off on this post until we had "a few" subscribers, but that has already happened! I have a large collection of information which may be of use to many of you, especially those of you from out of state. I have a pretty good number of obituaries, (About 300 of them, which include the names of over 900 people and about 400 different surnames), --almost all them from the Mon Valley, some related to me, many more not. (I have access to hundreds more too!) I have them indexed and will be posting the index in the future (This will be in "installments")... But for now, I am reading thru your roll call responces (which have been great, by the way!) and will be posting the ones that contain some of your names... I will start doing this this evening (gotta go to work!!). Also, my web site includes over 4,700 names and 975 surnames. See URL at bottom of this message. **Please feel free to post the URL of your gedcom site, if you have one, withing the messages you send to the list,(A signature file is easiest!) And if you don't have your info on line, please consider it! I use a site (http://my-ged.com) that is FREE, and EASY, and the info is easy to access, plus indexed on many Genealogy search engines. There are many other places to submit your information.
