The Rostraver Twp. Historical Society would be pleased to help you with your quest regarding the location of Fells Cemetery. It is located on the grounds of the Rostraver Twp. Public Library, 800 Fellsburg Rd., Rostraver (Belle Vernon mailing address), Pa. This is just off of Rt. 51. The Library building used to be the old Rostraver Twp. Municipal Bldg. and Police Station and prior to that, the original owner was the Old Fells Methodist Church.
