I have Benjamin Thomas' s Bible which has the vital records. I also have my grandfather's notebook which contains letters from the relatives for the family reunions they used to hold. This is what I know about the Alexanders and am wondering if I'm on the right track. According to the Benjamin Thomas Bible, Hannah Alexander was born the 2nd of May 1791 at Ten Mile Creek. Her parents were listed as Joseph Alexander and Rosa Ann Jones. According to descendents letters circa 1910, Rosa Ann Jones was born in Ellicotts Mills, Maryland 17 October 1765 and died about 1850 in Stark County, Ohio. Joseph was born 9 July 1765 in Maryland and died in Ohio 9 June 1847 in Ohio. Do you know more exactly where he was born and died? Joseph's father was Isaac Alexander and his mother was Elizabeth. In doing further searching I'm finding another name, Joseph Mc Knitt Alexander. Is that name associated with our Alexanders? Jan
