Here is their reply: Craven Hill is located on Rte 88 - as you said between Charleroi/N. Charleroi and Mon City - it is always referred to as "going up Craven Hill" so from that it could be inferred that the whole hill area inbetween the two town areas is "Craven Hill", right?. More then likely the request will be taken before the members at the next available meeting (September) and see if anyone has more specific information to share. Washington County Hist.
