My Waltons were in Washington co by 1781, but mostly lived outside the Mon Valley in Amwell and Morgan Townships, and Buffalo Creek. However, Job Walton owned 50 acres in Cumberland Township. Many Waltons are buried in the North Tenmile Baptist Church Cemetery, in Washington Co. Walton, Job- Was in Cumberland Township by 1783. Walton, Amos- Was in West Bethlehem by 1783. Born in Bucks Co, PA. McCleary, William- taught school in a log building on Amos Walton's farm in West Bethlehem after 1823. (Note- I am not researching McClearys, just passing this on for anyone interested).
