    3. Hello, My family is still trying to solve the mystery as to why New Castle continues to tell us that they have no record for the death of my g,g,grandfather, Nathaniel Worrell, who died Dec. 12, 1907, and was living in Belle Vernon in 1907. I know that the recording of deaths was required by PA as of Jan. 1, 1906, and have obtained several Death Certificates from New Castle for people who died early in 1906. Has anyone ever experienced instances where New Castle has misfiled a Death Certificate? Does anyone on the list know who the undertakers or embalmers were who would have service the deceased of Belle Vernon? We do not know whether Nathaniel was at a funeral home or whether he was laid out at home. Nathaniel Worrell is buried in Gibsonton Cemetery which I understand is the responsibility of the North Belle Vernon Cemetery. Does anyone know if records for Gibsonton exist? Thank you, Marilyn; Lake Co., IL; marjenp@mindspring.com.
