Hello, I seem to remember that there was someone on this list who lived in Charleston, WV. If, so, could you please contact me as I am having problems with WV re my Birth Certificate. WV doesn't seem to operate like PA. All I can say folks is that you all should check out your birth certificates and that of your children because those clerks can make mistakes. I have given WV 8 different sources of identification; but, because I use the name my parents gave me and never used the one with the error on my Birth Certificate, WV. won't send the Birth Certificate I ordered or change it.
