    3. Hello David Many people have asked me why I spend so much time doing genealogy, and working on a website like the Mon Valley History and Geneaolgy site. "How can you make money doing that?" they ask. Although I'm not against making a buck or two, sometimes there are things that are more satisfying. Your email is one such thing. I'm glad that you happened to bump into the site. You and I should also thank Melissa Strobel who submitted the photos. ( Photos courtesy of Janet Miller and Family) Thanks Melissa! Thanks Dave! 3. I have been down battling a human virus (not a computer one) for sometime so I may have missed the reference to Frank Anderson before. I have a g,g,grandmother by the name of Sarah Jane Anderson b. March 17, 1848; d.Sept. 21, 1888; m. a John Jenkins b. May 5, 1848; d. March 2, 1912. John was born in Scotland; but, Sarah was born in PA and her parents were born in Ireland. Was she any relation to Frank Anderson? Also, considering today's date, wasn't it very appropriate for my g,g,grandmother Sarah Jane daughter of Irish immigrants to be born on St. Paddy's Day? Happy St. Patrick's Day folks ! Fred Peter Dale is my Great Uncle, his sister Edith being my grandmother. Once I get the time to check it out in full, I'll probably be back in touch with a few more questions about these new found "cousins"! I'd also like your permission to use your outline to add to the "Family Outlines" section on the Mon Valley History and Genealogy site. I can link it to the family outline of Fred Dale's family. I'll add your name and email as the submitter of the info. Do you have any other information on the spouses and/or children of Adam and Ida Dale (Fred and Sarah's children)? All the info that I have is that Ida married an ALBRIGHT, and that she died in 1979. Jim Lenhart wrote: > Hi, > > Jim Lenhart here...I was on before but changed my system and my new > address is : jimlen1@cablespeed.com.....I am on the queries page as > @ aol.com...don't know how to change it.... Hello all... Jim brings up a good question, that I have neglected to address in the past. In these days of competing ISP's and free email services online, many people change email addresses. If you do so, keep these in mind. 1. If you can, unsubscibe from the mailing list before leaving your "old" address. If you forget to do so, and cannot send email from that list, there is no way you can automatically unsub. If this is the case, send me an email with your old email address, and I can unsubscibe you from the list. 2. When you get your new email address, don't forget to subscribe to the list in the usual manner. 3. If you have submitted material to the Mon Valley Web Site, and have a link to your email, you only have to let me know, and I will make the changes. Email me your "old" email address as well as your new one. If you know where your link is you can send that as well, but it is not necessary. (Hint, to find every occurrence of your name, use the search engine on the main page and type in your full name in quotations ("Mike Donaldson") - or - enter your email address. You'll get a list of every page that includes your full name!) Typing in just your last name will (hopefully) return a lot more results. Jim: You thought you didn't know how to change your address, but you did so in the correct way. just gotta let me know, and it will magically be done!! -- Thanks Mike Donaldson, Bentleyville, PA (mdonald4@bentcom.net) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mon Valley History and Genealogy Website: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~pamonval/ Mon Valley: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow: http://www.geocities.com/mdonald318/ My family gedcom: http://www.my-ged.com/donldson ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Listowner of: Monongahela River Valley of Penna Rootsweb mailing list: PAMONVAL-L@rootsweb.com - Mail mode PAMONVAL-D@rootsweb.com - Digest mode Bieneman / Bienemann Rootsweb Mailing list Bienemann-L@rootsweb.com - Mail Mode Bienemann-D@rootsweb.com - Digest mode

I have some pictures of her with my oldest child in the house and I remember it when my ggrandparents were alive. My uncle says that the farm was sold and milk bottles were taken to the dump and furniture was auctioned at very low prices. I was raised in the military so I wasnt there much except when my dad was in Vietnam, and when we came to visit relatives. Shari

I do have one who's family could possibly be from that area, but they are still living, so I prefer not to post here. I'll have to get in touch with them and get into on his ancestors. I'll let you know what I find! -- Thanks Mike Donaldson, Bentleyville, PA (mdonald4@bentcom.net) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mon Valley History and Genealogy Website: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~pamonval/ Mon Valley: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow: http://www.geocities.com/mdonald318/ My family gedcom: http://www.my-ged.com/donldson ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Listowner of: Monongahela River Valley of Penna Rootsweb mailing list: PAMONVAL-L@rootsweb.com - Mail mode PAMONVAL-D@rootsweb.com - Digest mode Bieneman / Bienemann Rootsweb Mailing list Bienemann-L@rootsweb.com - Mail Mode Bienemann-D@rootsweb.com - Digest mode

    2. The Rostraver Twp. Historical Society would be pleased to help you with your quest regarding the location of Fells Cemetery. It is located on the grounds of the Rostraver Twp. Public Library, 800 Fellsburg Rd., Rostraver (Belle Vernon mailing address), Pa. This is just off of Rt. 51. The Library building used to be the old Rostraver Twp. Municipal Bldg. and Police Station and prior to that, the original owner was the Old Fells Methodist Church. Please contact me if more information is needed or if we could be of help in your research. Mary Lou Magiske RTHS Correspondence Sec.
