If you are MICROSOFT,...etc. The gist of it is that WEBTV users are blocked out of searching those files. Has any other WEBTV user tried to get into the FAMILYSEARCH.COM files and had this same problem? Something has changed in the past few days without notification to users. Does anyone know how to contact the Latter Day Saints let them know that WEBTV users are now precluded?
